Shipping Policy

Where we deliver We currently deliver within South Africa only.

Delivery fee We offer free standard delivery on all orders.

Processing and delivery times Orders are packed and dispatched within [1 to 2] business days of payment. Delivery then takes 3 to 5 business days after dispatch. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Delivery to remote areas may take a little longer.

Courier and tracking We ship with The Courier Guy. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking details.

Delivery address Please check that your address and phone number are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete details. If a parcel is returned to us because of a wrong address or because no one collected it, we may ask you to cover the cost of sending it again.

Delays Courier delays can happen, especially around holidays and sales periods. If your order has not arrived within the expected time, email us at popitbeauty5@gmail.com and we will follow up with the courier.
